Turning 60 was excting also.  I finsihed #1 in the U.S. (W-60) in the shot , discus, hammer, 12 lb.16lb.,25lb. weight throw, weight pentathlon, ultra weight pentathlon.  Also finished #1 in the shot and 16lb. weight indoors in the W-55 age group. Breaking the American record in the 12lb. This will be a great opportunity for beginners to learn the basic fundamentals about throwing the shot put.  There will be a second shot put summer program July 20-July 31 for  experienced  and advanced throwers.
